Patient's case history/ current clinical reports/ scans & details of previous treatment taken can be shared with us for the evaluation by our team of expert doctors which would enable us to provide the cost and treatment plan prior to patient arrival

Can you help me get a visa?
Yes, once you confirm your visit for medical treatment, our International Executive will send a visa requisition letter to the Indian Embassy in your country. A copy of the letter will be marked to you.
Can I seek an appointment with a specialist at Eternal Hospitals even if I don’t have a local referral?
Yes, our International Patient Service Desk will assist you for the same.
What modes of payment do you accept?
At the hospital: pay your hospital bill at the hospital directly through cash, card. We accept all major credit cards like VISA, MASTER Card, AMEX and CIRRUS. The payments can also be transferred to the Hospital accounts through wire transfer prior to the arrival/ travellers cheque
Will I be able to claim my medical expenses from my health insurance provider?
Yes, you can claim as per your policy terms. We work with certain insurance providers and the list is available at our International Patients Service Desk or Admission counter. However, do note that we are unable to process or accept any other foreign insurance coverage for cashless (insurance covered) treatment. Insurance coverage is only provided by insurers and valid for in-patient procedures, staying at the hospital for more than 48 hours.
Where will I stay till I’m admitted to the hospital or after I’m discharged?
Our International Executive will organize your stay as per your choice at your cost. Facilities like hospital visits, on-call doctor, cab services and emergency ambulance can also be arranged by us.
What are the required registration documents needed to register at the hospital?
- Patient's name and passport number
- Medical escort's name and passport number
- Country
- Tentative date of arrival for treatment Note
- For Medical Visa Traveller, it is mandatory to register at the Foreigner’s Regional Registration Office within 14 days of your arrival. Our International Assistance team will help you in all necessary formalities.
- Please bring passport size photographs with you for the above formalities.
- Any other formalities required as per Indian Government policies.

Yes, your diet will be advised by your treating doctor & hospital dietitian.
