Providing Immediate Ambulance Service for Heart Attack Patients
Heart attack is a medical emergency which occurs when there is blockage of blood flow to the heart muscle. Usually, a blood clot is there which does not allow blood to flow to the heart. If not treated on time, it can be fatal. When a heart attack occurs, the first thing to do is call an ambulance. For people living in urban areas, there won’t be any problem in that but the same is not true for rural areas. To solve this problem Eternal hospital has come up with Rajasthan Heart Attack Treatment programme.
Rajasthan Heart Attack Treatment (RAHAT) is a medical project which aims to provide quick treatment to stroke patients in rural areas. RAHAT program in Rajasthan is an initiative taken by Eternal Hospital to assist people from rural areas to get treatment as soon as possible. Under RAHAT programme, patients will get will get immediate ambulance and telemedicine service when they suffer a stroke.
In the ambulance, basic treatment will be provided to the patient. And the details of the treatment will be shared through tele-consultations with the experts at HCC. This prestigious project was launched by Rajasthan’s Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje on 25th February.
